Open Box Video Policy
To ensure transparency and prevent fraudulent claims, AR Sereno requires customers to record an unboxing video while opening the delivered package.
The unboxing video must clearly show the following:
- The sealed package before opening
- The shipping label on the package
- The complete unboxing process without any cuts or edits
- The condition of the product and items inside the package
The unboxing video will be required to process claims related to:
- Damaged products
- Missing items
- Incorrect product received
Claims regarding damaged, missing, or incorrect products may not be accepted without a valid and clear unboxing video recorded at the time of opening the package.
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected by our team, the refund will be initiated if the return request meets the eligibility conditions.
The refund will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
Replacement
In cases where a product is defective or damaged, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.
Non-Returnable Items
